Let's talk. I recently spoke with their public relations director. I was told that "the sale is talking a little longer than expected" but events are on track (or words more or less to that effect).

I have heard NOTHING about them buying rather than being bought. Throwing out a "rumors" about them not be bought (without any comment from the company to verify) will only feed the intentions of those who may be shorting the stock.

I will call the company again and will be happy to post my findings. Please let me know what confirmations you have on your end.
