wl, you continue to spend your personal time, and with "time is money",
your personal money, on this MXAM thread, not as a shareholders,
not as a potential investor, but one who has the total knowledge,
the absolute proof, that the desert dirt story is a scam, and your
mission, your desire, your need, is to exclaim to those desert dirt
shareholders that read the threads, that Richard and Chuca and other
mining technology aware posters that believe in the riches to be
obtained from the precious metals in the dirt, is a lie.
So wl, stand up and be counted where it counts.
Do something that can make a difference.
Words are easy, and in the proper place stronger than weapons of war.
Enter a court room, and when the Judge enters, you must rise, not
because the judge is a Supreme Being, or a human superior to you,
but the answer is in the "contempt of court" charge that may be obtained
by you. The Judge has the power to control your life. Set you free,
or put you in jail or prison. The Judge has no gun, just paper and
pen and the words he alone can decide to say. Inforcement is the
Police, local, state or federal. They have the guns.
Raise when the Judge enters, not for him the person, but what he
represents, as created long ago when society saw a way to create
order thru a legal system. Where in history this happened, I forget.
So wl, its clear no one is standing up to show respect or fear of you
and Rand. So why continue the same old same old ?
So wl, want to be effective and accomplish what you see as The Good ?
Ok wl, collect the facts that prove to you "the scam", and submit these
to the appropiate legal system. Or if its too much for you alone,
then present these facts on the desert dirts threads in a way different
than your current ineffective manner, and win over mxam shareholders
to start the wheels moving to protect the shareholders.
If its a scam, then in the next days or weeks or months, then any good
official news will be lies. And BINGO, you got your proof. Take the
information to the court and STOP this scam.
