Hi Kerry. My wife and I have owned a time share unit at the Royal Caribbean since 1990 and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Actually, we have only traded once and that was to Cabo.

For cristo:

The place we stayed at was Club Cascadas de Baja. Our accommodation was a 3 story villa, 2 bedrooms, a studio, 2 baths.....and our own private dipping pool with connecting hot tub on a huge second floor balcony. Definitely a superior facility. Full kitchen facilities connecting to a second balcony.

Ours was a trade at no cost however I warn you, if you could get a rental, it would most likely be very expensive.
