Doc, DRIV's run up probably is momentum related. (Come to think of it what exactly does that mean?) But TSQD's failure to follow I think says something about the market's view of TSQD. TSQD is losing money, will probably continue to lose money and its shareholders are very unlikely to benefit from its DRIV holdings. I suspect that it won't be too long (unless TSQD's business dramatically improves, LOL) before TSQD starts to raise cash by selling DRIV. The cash so raised will be used to "grow" (I use the term advisedly in TSQD's case)TSQD's business and will only benefit TSQD's shareholders as a source of financing. And that, imho, is why TSQD is a poor way to play DRIV.

Bottom line: if you like TSQD's business, buy or hold TSQD. But if you don't, and I for one don't, then buying DRIV is a better play.
