<sellfirst Sell your GBIT while you still have a profit. GBIT is being "pumped" up by Liberty Capital to benefit the convertible preferred holders and of course Liberty Capital who has 700,000 warrants on GBIT. Check out SEC Edgar and read the S-3 filing done last month. $6,000,000 in new stock prepared to hit the market soon. If you doubt my track record check out ESCI thread on Yahoo. Don't be a sucker for the old "pump and dump".>
On April 6th, Sellfirst on Yahoo spouted the above message. Claiming that Liberty was pumping and dumping. Liberty later addressed these warrants stating that they were for $2.00 and up through something like $8.75 in 100,000 blocks. The rebuttal to Sellfirst link is posted next: Message 3980353
Sellfirst alleged that Liberty was pumping to dump their warrants and supposedly to help the convertible people.
David, you are saying that it is, rather, a death spiral and that means, and correct me if I misunderstand this, that a LOW price is best because death spiral convertibles depend on LOW prices because they get a $x worth of stock at a price a certain percentage lower than current price when converted so that the lower the price is, the more stock they get. Dilution, dilution. Right? Well it can't be both ways. Either the stock needs to go up so Liberty can cash in their warrants, or the price needs to go down, so the death spiral can take effect.
Which is it David???? Inquiring minds want to know! Who is full of hot air? You or Sellfirst or both? You can't both be right.
Are there problems? Yes. I believe so. Is the company trying to do what is best and watch out for us? I think they are. You are entitled to your opinion. So am I. This is my opinion.
Now, David, I believe that you have have been an investor like the rest of us. I looked back over time. I know it is frustrating, but this company is making money. I don't think that death spirals usually do. That is why they call them death spirals. These guys are increasing earnings well every quarter now.
Safe harbor statement: I have been wrong and I have been right in the past. You make the call people. Do your own DD and if you are comfortable, hold 'em. If not, fold 'em.
