Hi Tom and group, I would like any opinions relating to KNIC stock when the PEC IPO comes out in a few months. I'm trying to understand the mechanics involved in this situation.

The way I see it:

1. KNIC has an explosive core business which will quickly show value in '97.

2. KNIC owns 38.3% of PEC which has not contributed earnings for or any significant charges against KNIC but will show value in '97.

3. KNIC owns 25% of Insta-heat which has not contributed earnings for or any significant charges against KNIC but will show value in '97.

What will be the most likely senario for KNIC as these companies generate earnings and begin to show their true value?

What effect will IPOs on these non-core companies have on the value of KNIC shares considering that none of KNICs earnings are from these sources?

One final question: KNIC owns 38.3% of PEC, what percentage of the KNIC business is represented by PEC and/or Insta-heat?

Thankyou in advance for considering these questions,
Tony
