I built Terra Nova from day one and it really wasn't that hard; if MB Trading wanted to become a branch of JPR they could do it. The easy part is that Southwest clears them both, so Southwest would be a big help. Isn't it said that excuses are like a__holes, everbody has one.
There is always the other option, and that would be for MB Trading to become their own broker dealer, and cut their own deal with Southwest.
Either way, the rates for MB Trading customers would come down big time!
