Does anyone remember the post I made earlier about the president of Fingerhut being named to DRIV's Board of Directors? Well, read the story below. Any dots that may need connecting? Tuesday November 24, 10:08 am Eastern Time Fingerhut files $400 mln shelf with SEC WASHINGTON, Nov 24 (Reuters) - Database marketing company Fingerhut Cos Inc filed on Tuesday a shelf registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission for up to $400 million in debt securities, preferred and common stock and securities warrants. The Minnetonka, Minn.-based company said it will use net proceeds for working capital, debt refinancing and general corporate purposes, including possible future acquisitions.
