I think the stock is on the mend. However, much will depend on whether PhotoSuite II can give them the exposure they need to get the bundling deals and retail sales to recapture lost market share. They do seem to be generating some positive press in the trade publications.

I'd like to see them come out with a special edition version of the software that would give users a flavour of the new interface, and hopefully encourage them to upgrade to the full-featured version.

Digital photography is on the verge of exploding. You can now pick up a low-end scanner for under $100. Prices for digital cameras will also be reaching mass market consumer levels in the next year or so. MGI is in the right place at the right time. But the revenues have to start coming in, whether it be for upgrades or from new users. They may be able to do it. Only time will tell.
