Are you growing tired of waiting for the grand payoff, the big explosion when you check your AXC
stock quote and find quite suddenly that it's up 3 1/4 from only 15/16! Are you waiting to be shocked by
this news, which could comed at any moment, or hang in balance until vigorous management takes
hold. Believe me, I understand your frustration. The DOW and the NASDAQ soar ever to new heights,
which Ampex sags into the abyss. But, it's all clear. The time will be ripe, the stars poised in the correct
balance, and lo, some goodly news will soon come cascading your way to knock you off your feet like
some unexpectedly powerful wave. Do you think I wish to sit with over 8mm shares of a stock that's
lucky to fetch $1. No!!! It will be $5 soon enough, and many of you will sell, happy just to get your
money out intact! But you'll be sorry if you do. For $21 and more is in the cards! Think carefully.

Anyway, I called Karen numerous times to check the validity of
this post but got her voice mail instead. I'll try tomorrow.
