Just joined the family today. Very excited to be part of the best investment site on the web. I presently hold over 1200 shares of NSCP at an average of $24. I want to see the end of this deal however, is this going to cap the upward movement on NSCP shares 'till 1st quarter '99?

I know we should look at AOL shares and price .45 to determine our NSCP shares. However, Mr. Case and Mr. Barksdale have not clarified if NSCP shareholders will be able to capitalize on AOL's price gains until the deal is done. There seems to be an overwhelming sentiment based on PR NEWSWIRES and others that this deal is for 4.2 Billion. This is true only if AOL remains at its current levels however, should AOL rise to $120 by deal date wouldn't this also increase the value of the deal?

Everyone's input is appreciated. Not sure if I should hold NSCP for conversion or just sell and buy AOL instead.
