INFERENCE could be in the right place at the right time, with the need for INTERNET customer support software likely to boom with the E-COMMERCE explosion. The AOL-Netscape deal should result in the need for sophisticated call-center technology--INFR has dealings with AOL, Gateway, Siebel Systems, Periphonics etc. INFR's K-COMMERCE software for the E-Commerce market could result in significant revenue growth. AS COMMERCE ON THE INTERNET EXPLODES, the demand for INFR's Internet self-service and customer support software could mushroom.
