Fearless Prediction:

The Premier of China is about to visit Japan in a day or so (the first head of the Chinese state to visit Japan in 2000 years). The Japanese are about to give the Chinese a written apology for their acts before and during WWII. I predict that during the Chinese visit the Japanese will announce a cleanup of the arms left over by the 731 Brigade during WWII.
