>>> What's happening tomorrow? Dale, do you think there is any chance we'll see even a few a cents on the dollar for SYQT? <<<

Tom, regarding "tomorrow" and the sale of their assets, SyQuest stated: "The letter of intent is subject to the parties entering into definitive agreements no later than Nov. 25, 1998, unless extended, and the satisfaction of other conditions." This of course is no guarantee that we'll find out what's happening tomorrow, but I'd guess that there's still a pretty good possibility.

As far as SYQT common shares are concerned, I seriously doubt that holders will see "even a few cents." IMO, the outstanding debt is simply too high for there to be much hope that SYQT common shares will not be extinguished. Anything is possible however, and I sincerely hope I'm wrong. Good luck.

Regards - Dale
