Daniel, with regards to NM. You can't look at what the old company was doing. They already have revs of some $270 million. New management team comes on board, which is a great story in itself. Of course the books don't look great now, but you have to look at the future, which is awesome. As for the 57 million warrants, it is my understanding they are locked up for 2 years. Heck, we should have split 4 or 5 times until then and the 57 million won't be much dilution! (lol) Seriously though, in talking to some who are more knowledgeable of the situation than I am, these warrants are some kind of deal with the old management, and I am told that they can become a non-issue. There are ties to these warrants that have something to do with the change of management that may only come into effect base on performance (or lack thereof). If I can find more out, I will post, but after being concerned about them myself, my fears were put to rest about the dilution. Again, worst case, they are 2 years out, as I understand it. |
