Mark- I am happy if it goes up since I have plenty at a much higher basis as you know. When I think about putting new money into this one I am troubled that even if all goes exactly as planned for '97 earnings (which would seem to be essentially a turnaround situation) the stock would already be selling at 16 times '97 earnings. Maybe reasonable for a fast grower but has this demonstrated the ability to be a fast grower under the new business model? Is the 20% growth going to come from the hardware side or the software side?
