We need to be more organized on the already public companies that have an i-net subsidiary that they can or will take public..there are several that the thread has discovered but more I am sure..and good $$ to be had going forward...so far: MALL.....UBID WCAP.....COOL BNYN.....maps and travel info to IPO ALU......two cosmetic web-sites plus 300mm in revs NAVR.....preparing net radio IPO I think.. Help me out here..I'm sure there are more... We need underwriters and timing on future IPO's MALL/UBID is next week..I think WCAP should be trading for 1/3 COOL price based on ownership of COOL shares..so some arb. profits left in this one.. We also should ID the low or relatively low PSR names in various categories..ie ONSL @ 2-3 times trailing revenues vs EBAY's significantly higher multiple.. Jim in CT..just some thoughts..I'll keep the list if you guys help with the names..gals too !!
