4 mil float (or shares exist on open market) for COOL 3.5 mil for EBAY

21 mil volume (5 times the float) today

If just 1 million of that float is held each day for "long term" potential.

You quickly run out of available shares for trading.

I believe this is exactly what happened to EBAY with its 3.5 million shares.

People just finally said.. hey, wait a sec..if I stop daytrading this and hold it and tuck it away... you have a lot of buyers and few sellers.

Fundamentals mean nothing at that point. And soon the stock baffles shorts, experts, fund managers, and stock analysts.

When it really all boils down to supply shortage.
