Paul: Referring to the Red Herring report about the new venture fund established by MCI, near the end of the report they stated that MCI would be taking and active role in these start-up companies by putting an MCI person on the startup's board, and also talked about mergers and acquisitions etc. Do you think that Bert Robert's sudden presence on the board indicates that Valence might be a recipient of venture funds and, more importantly, could ACQUISITION of Valence by MCI be an inference here? That would be very disappointing. Pallisard
