There is a case for it if Blackwell wanted to roll over. Remember we are talking about an era where Pegasus and Rea gold, two successful small/not so small producers went tits up in open pit mining situations. I don't buy what Charo says about the ounces left there. RPA did not do them any favours. You can include too much or cut too much with too little information. I would suggest the latter was done and it is equally irresponsible as the former.
