From Jim Cramer of The Street.Com yesterday... Question: What do you mean when you say Dell is overheld? TSCNYjjc: Great question. In a column a week ago I mentioned that Dell was overowned. That means that so many of the important institutions that buy stocks already have sizable positions in the name. It means that they are "full-up" so to speak and cant buy any more. That means the stock cant rally as it used to when it was "under owned." JD
