The VSE has accepted for filing loan agreements dated Nov. 10, 1998,
between Consolidated Magna Ventures and the following:
Arc Resource (Bradley T. Aelicks and Bradford J. Cooke, Arc), whereby Arc
has provided a loan of $70,000. The loan is due on demand and bears
interest at 1 per cent per month. In consideration for the loan, Arc will
receive 93,333 bonus shares at 15 cents.
Comar Services (Christian Marriott, Comar), whereby Comar has provided a
loan of $80,000. The loan is due on demand and bears interest at 1 per cent
per month. In consideration for the loan, Comar will receive 106,667 bonus
shares at 15 cents.
