If it is with the accountants which you have repeatedly stated, why won't they sign off. now, now, now.... I never said this did I?... rather than whacking your knuckles.... I should whack your noggin ..... sooooo....follow my posts dear and you will see what I ACTUALLY said..... I fear sloppy bookkeeping on one of the companies was the culprit... and not the lack of desire on EDII's part to get the numbers out to their investors. ...it appears that the accountants couldn't find some of the paper work on one of the acquisitions and were having a devil of a time getting the proper information... this was not anticipated, and played havoc with their original time schedule. #reply-6536755 last I heard...was that it was a mad rush..but they got the information into BDO for the final review and were still shooting for today.... That's the best I can do for you at this time... #reply-6536390 so, dear...show me WHERE I said that the accounts would not sign off on the financials... naughty, naughty, naughty.... I'll tell Santa on you!!!
