Banks shouldn't worry about bill pay being lucrative, they should worry about keeping their current customers. If they don't offer bill pay, everyone else will. On the lighter side, once Volume increase, electronic connections increase (i.e. Visa, etc.), Genesis conversion is complete, CheckFree will be able to pass lower costs on to the banks. Benny(IMHO)
