This co. knows how to use U.S. engineers in the States to acquire the
business. They use Indian engineers to get the job done more competitively.
Let see if they increase the number of U.S. engineers by another 200
acording to the following IBD's extract, then they must grow at least
52% (200/385). Today the stock jumped as high as 27. I think the
stock will get to the 40s in a short time.

Extract from IBD's article:

A good share of IMR's managers in the U.S. are also from India. Indeed,
as many as 160 of 385 U.S. employees are on special H-1B visas, available
to skilled foreign workers. Sanan has used Indian managers in the U.S.
because they can deal easily with the firm's programmers in India. But
Sanan says he expects to add Americans to his U.S. operations - as
many as 200 this year.

IMR's base of operations halfway around the world actually lets its
customers employ their own computer resources more efficiently. Using
satellite links, programmers in India can access mainframes based in
the U.S. So IMR programmers can work on these machines at night, when
they would otherwise be idle. This can save customers the cost of
beefing up systems.

One customer, an executive at a large Midwest department store chain
who did not want to be identified, said his company's mainframes
usually run full-bore during the day but are virtually idle at night.
Using IMR ''turns your shop into a seven (day) by 24 (hour operation),
'' the IMR customer said.
