China Post in the cc, I guess, meant Chinese Administration of Post and Telecommunications -- the China central government branch that controls the entire telecommunication industry, services, and now Internet, in China.

I believe you're correct. We'll soon know as the release should be out shortly.

Kathleen Hayes on CNBC just said NN was trading up in other markets.
