earlie, in fairness, the low end market is a marginal market so the amd chips are marginal chips. intel still supports the high end business. a reasonable person can say that amd took new dell business and not old business.

now, if the low end canabalizes (sp???) the high end the de facto result is amd stole intel's dell business.
