Donald, The McCllelan Oscillator dropping into negative territory would be a sell.

I've been re-evaluating the wave counts from the 10/8 lows. There are many similarities in the tape action from the cycle low on 1/12 to 4/23 mid-term top.
Wave 1 ended on 10/20
Wave 3 ended on 11/6
This was the breadth/momentum peak of the move
Wave 5 is topping out soon. During wave 4 and 5 we saw the action in the internets, of special note the small fry internets - during this cycle.

There has been a change in leadership during this move. The boxmakers and Microsoft have been followers, while the Internets have taken the title by storm. The AOL/NSCP blockbuster deal could be a good topping (at least short term) bullish news story.

RUT has failed to follow thru as of yet and make a higher high from 11/6 - nor has DELL.
