Interesting article about DELL no longer being "underowned". Yet Msft hasnt been underowned for years and it still performs fine, in spurts. I'll take spurts for DELL too. But I can see that a stock that is just becoming recognized has a better chance of huge gains because of institutional buying just beginning on it. Freeus
