Yeah, I've just had to console myself with long looks both at Iomega's months spent below $3(split adjusted) before soaring to 55 in short order (and also because of the shorts!) and also at AXC from June to November of last year stuck in the 6 to 8 doldrums. I figure we're in for another months long waiting game until insitutions come to their senses, but I don't expect that to happen until more KM announcements happen, and that may be some months. But... Bramson did say in his letter dated the day of Maxtor's announcement that he does expect to have several more things to report on between the date of that letter (12-23-96) and the annual report. The 10K is due at least by 4-1-97 and the annual will come out maybe in April or May, so we have some reason to believe we'll be hearing more by then. Anybody expecting a bad 4q eps report? They gave us plenty of reason to expect one- moving to new facilities, higher legal expenses w/ Mitsubishi countersuit, very low orders for the Q ahead at 9-30-96, etc? Glad to see the upping of 97 share estimates by a nickel, and that from only 2 analysts. Guess one of them probably figured in some nominal KM income in 4Q 97.
