Deb, It may be wrong to provide a $value to the volatility. Thats where people assume that a $20 drop is THE END. I believe it should be calculated in terms of %age and not an absolute value. It becomes a predictable pattern if %age is assumed.

5% = $20.
10% = $40.

Pick one for your comfort level.
