Compared to AMAT / CSIM deal, PRIA is getting Promis cheap considering the price is fixed both from a foreign exchange and exchange ratio point of view since it is supposed to be pooling of interest. After holding PSW for years, I am a bit miffed but on the other hand, PSW shares were not going anywhere so hopefully PRIA will do better, atleast next year.
