Tom, maybe you or someone else here has some insight on how those of us who do _not_ have accounts at AOL will be affected by the ultimate disappearance of Netscape. I like Netscape (as a browser), have zero interest in using the other option, MSFT's Internet Explorer, and have zero interest in signing up with AOL down the line just so I can use Netscape--I'm one of those people with free internet access (.edu type).

Although I congradulate shareholders of AOL and Netscape and, as a shareholder of SUNW am jumping for joy, as a Netscape browser user, I'm groaning.

As an aside, MSFT must be delighted that their nemesis, Netscape, is going to 'disappear.'
