Smartin, I think we all have to wait for the DNA evidence to come back from the lab. I'm sure Qualey will bring up the issue of cross-contamination.

And then there's the timeline. Did all the parties have enough time to meet, plan a coordinated strategy, open up various accounts, send stock from place to place, and sell/short in the period in question?

Lastly, I think it's key for AZNT to get any trials moved to California to be decided by jury.

P.S. I figured if Just My Opinion was no longer going to be with us, someone had to keep his memory alive with salient posts about the upcoming trial(s). OK OK, I know I'll never be able to reach his level, but it's the thought that counts. (g)
