Dan, I haven't pushed it past 450, tho I strongly suspect my experience would be similar to yours. The main reason I haven't is that I don't want to OC the PCI bus. My Maxtor 2880 drives and promise fasttrak are very sensitive to this. I bet the turbo setting would be OK, but my thinking has been that for any performance increase < 20% or so, it's just not worth taking on the risk. This is, after all, my trading/dissertation/communication machine, and the only reason I've OC'd the mem and CPU is that I'm convinced it's completely reliable.
I gather you find the 504 performance increase noticable in real world apps, not just benching? What components are you using?
You might try cutting the voltage after getting it to run well at 2.2 for awhile. As you probably know, numerous reports suggest that once a "burn-in" is achieved on these chips, they can be less demanding of voltage (strange, but seemingly true.)

Dave
