From what I have heard Mike,that deal is in limbo. MMR has asked Magnum for some information and said they are waiting for it and Magnum said they have complied already. I got the feeling this deal (which was actually a deal in process more than a deal) will dwindle away. Stephanie has promised me that the deal that will soon be announced will be a deal that has been signed on the dotted line! So when it is announced, it will be a done deal at announcement time - not another Magnum escapade. Toy
