After reading several analyst reports, it appears to me that this is basically a paperwork/regulatory issue, not a medical problem with Rocap. The FDA is changing their regulation of this type of product, and as a result SBTK got caught in the middle. So I am thinking of buying at this level, because once Rocap shipments resume, SBTK revenues/profits should recover. Comments? Dennis
