Gregory, I have never questioned the integrity of the deal. The agreement between SSI and Bomax is signed. There is no backing out. We are currently waiting for the VSE approval. In the meantime, Bomax is doing a private placement which will probably be conditional on VSE approval. My point is that during the wait, Bomax should restructure management to focus roles (ex. Jim on promotion, someone else as investor relations ... etc) during this wait. I am also suggesting that Jim should start spreading the news and potential for Bomax right now rather than wait for the approval, wait for the financing, wait to use some of the financing money for promotion...etc. He should calling brokers right now to get the price around $0.60 to make sure the private placement goes through. His opinion differs. He has a deadline of Feb. 5/97 to close the private placement. I am unhappy by the way this is being managed and thus wanted to find out if others felt the same way. Did anyone call and voice their concerns??
