It just makes no logical sense to sell 55,000 shares for 4 grand. He has to be aware of the negative implications of this action so, therefore, I believe he knows exactly what he is doing. The man is devious and I'm sure he has an ulterior motive. Hey, don't forget. His shares are also in the toilet. Go figure.
