Internet stocks...are simply on fire...why aren't the Rabins spinning off Online Merchant [given their proclaimed NewKidCo focus]...this is one thing they appear to be marginal at...spinning off crown-jewels...ONLINE merchant could simply command its biggest premium precisely now...given...(NASDAQ:OMKT)...eBay...DRIV...MALL...AMZN...CYCH...theglobe...its recent unanimous critical acclaim onlinemerchant.com...in addition to the fact that Alpha is questionably an 'ongoing concern' given q3 <$C3 million> loss continuing losses and accordant pejorative balance sheet, negative revenue growth...and who in their right mind would ever purchase their online store infrastructure [professional existence] from a pending chapter 11 poster child v. IBM, Yahoo!, iCat...do the Rabins ever leave their office to enter into substantive...robust...strategic alliances?...or do they have to be able to see the company from their office window to enter into one?...* *this comment in its entirety is solely in esecurities corporation's opinion.
