Thanks for the clarification! I saw this article already directly from the company: The WSC acquisition for 3M (with revenues of $4.9M) is a smaller strategic acquisition and is NOT indicative of the larger issue/opportunity (that is, DTLN being purchased by outside groups). The potential buy out is still very much very alive and proceeding from what I hear.

If the shorts or others are somehow thinking this small acquisition is an indicator that they made is a change in their "strategic alternative scenario" started months ago, they are sadly mistaken. 50% of the outstanding shares are held by institutions at this point.
