PSW main competitors have always been Consilium. As a company, PSW has been a bit timid. They have done a good job of new product releases, alliances and winning market share from CSIM but a poor job of increasing share holder value. Not really aggressive. Consider this, for the last 4 years, all their numbers are always reported in US Dollars, including earnings and balance sheet etc. yet they have always traded on TSE where it is hardly followed and not appropriately priced. They have for the last 3 years talked about listing on Nasdaq to get appropriate valuation without actually doing it so at this point this is a acceptable deal for share holders. I expect appreciation going forward.
