I read further and saw that the topic had been discussed "ad nauseam" as someone so aptly put it. So I deleted my post. Bottom line is someone ought to make this guy an offer he can't refuse--he ought to be terribly ashamed of himself and HDIE should be ashamed to have him as the Chairman of the Board, as I am sure they are. His selling gives a completely false impression of what is happening with the company and all shareholders suffer from that. The guy is slime.
