I certainly appreciate your help on this and other threads.

The second question relates to rumors I have heard about some traders
being able to trade stocks with 10 to 1 margin... much more than the
SEC 50%. I understand that on treasury note you can borrow up to 90%
margin.... but is there someway that a retail investor can set
up a stock trading account that will allow them to have 90% margin?

Do brokers, in their own personal accounts, have access to 90% margin?
