If one knew the future one could make the argument that such a death would be justifiable.

However the lives being saved here were autonomous lives.

I would argue that interfering in the births of individuals- forcing mothers to carry children they do not want- then makes one responsible for their care. I might not be as averse to forced births if the "forcees" guaranteed they would care and support the children that resulted. But I certainly do not want to be responsible for them nor do I want to pay a penny more in taxes to anyone. So I do not want to force anyone to do anything.
