I guess if JMT can place items on the thread like that, it could also be the following: As Danny got his first look at the consolidated financials, he could be heard yelling "Gee, I thought that with all these positives looking beter than anticipated we had better check them again. At that point the decision was made to delay the financials until things were absolutely right so the the share prices will move to the lofty prices of its true valuation. IMHO
