Our attorneys will seek an injunction early next week against Nevada Agency &Trust to FORCE them to turn over the records to American Stock Transfer &Trust Company. We are working with SEC enforcement in conjunction with this action. So far close to 6 million shares are being recalled from street name and thus being taken out of the float. This action will cut the float by about 40%. In addition, we will be executing on the "BUY IN" with Morrow &Co> Also, we are in discussions for a financing deal from which $3 million of the proceeds will be used to refinance the series F convertible prefered.
