OX, NN has already shown us that it signs Master Agreements to cover multi year, large $ contracts. It seems obvious to me that the China Post is just that type of contract. The advantage to China Post is much less bureaucracy to bring in NN's equipment when and as needed to build out the network; usually significantly lowering the management level at which millions of $ of equipment can be actually purchased. The advantage to NN is with one massive sales effort, many Billions of dollars worth of business over several years have been committed to by this customer. If you're hoping to buy NN under 25, that opportunity is unlikely to be seen again any time soon. May I sincerely wish you the worst possible luck in that endeavor. Ian.
