UPDATE!!!!!!!!!<14 JAN>

Well just got off the phone with the folks over at AAG so I thought I
would post this while it is still fresh in my mind.

I'm not going to do the question and answer thing this time because I
don't feel it is necessary plus it was just a clarification of last weeks
conversation. I'm just going to give you a summary of it all.

1. The Hapsari site is the one they are going to work first. There are
still 3 geologist there. What it is that they are doing is bonifing the
historical data. We should have assay results back hopefully by the end
of the month weather permitting. This should tell us what is and what isn't.

2. The Samutra site is the other one that they are working. There is 2
geologists over there.

3. This is the rainy season so work may get slowed down but will continue
to work as long as possible.

4. There will be a work slow down in the 2&3 weeks of Feb due to religious
festivities. The locals don't do much during this period.

5. Herman is going to Idaho the balance of this week to work the numbers
and see if it gets incorporated into the merger.

6. The new company name is called "TWIN GOLD", sounds good to me.

7. It looks like that the share price structure will now be 1 for 1 AAG
and 1 for 1+ for VSY. NOW!!!!--- that is not confermed but it is looking
like the most reasonable course of action right now. DON'T and I repeat,
DON'T get your hopes up just yet. That won't be decided until Herman gets
back from Idaho.

8. A draft is being done and as soon as it is completed they are going
to call me and inform me of its contents. So we should now more before Friday.

Well there you have it. There is a little more but just small talk but
