Hi Denis, Well hopefully this release will stabilize the price somewhat and we don't have to endure any more of the turbulence of recent weeks. I agree, the MOU with Bateman sounds very good and everything that I have heard about Bateman would support what you have said about it being a top notch, no nonsense company. Bateman is a company which wouldn't be forming a partnership with anything less than a "class act company". So I think the agreement says a lot for EMR. I've been hanging in with EMR for some time now, and I'm still very confident in it's management, it's technology and it's potential. Under the agreement Bateman will be buying into EMR. I wonder whether they will have to go to the open market to buy equity in EMR? All the best, Rick
